Join the Original Whitewater Rafting Company in Rotorua on the famous Kaituna river. This is an opportunity to work on one of the world's best stretches of commercial whitewater, guiding customers over the legendary 7m waterfall. We are looking for an experienced raft guide who already has their NZRA Grade 5 license who can hit the ground running, bring strong river skills, and become part of a close-knit crew that prides itself on professionalism, teamwork and delivering world-class rafting experiences. Season Start: September onwards 2026 Finish: End of March 2027 Opportunity to guide 3–5 trips per day during peak season Consistent full-time work throughout the summer season Minimum Requirements: Current New Zealand Grade 5 Raft Guide qualification Current Valid First Aid Certificate Excellent river skills and sound decision-making under pressure Strong communication and customer service skills Professional attitude and commitment to safety Available for the full 2026/27 season Why Join Kaituna Cascades?
